Submission

Paper Submission: 

1. Interested participants are invited to submit either one-page extended abstract or full-length papers (maximum 30 pages) to the conference;

2. There is no specific format requirement for extended abstracts or full-length papers;

3. Only full-length papers will be considered for the Best Student Paper Award;

4. All submissions must be uploaded as .PDF or .DOC files via the conference website:  https://www.zjuyh.com/m/m/ICSSSM2023

5. Selected high-quality papers will be recommended for publication on the Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering (SCI Journal) and the Journal of Systems and Management.


Best Paper Award:

The Best (Student) Paper Award will be announced to recognize excellence of the papers to be presented in the conference. In addition to a certificate, the best papers will be recommended for publication in the Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering (an SCI Journal) and Journal of Systems and Management.


Guidelines

Guidelines for full-length papers:

1. To participate in the Best Student Paper Competition, please submit a full paper in electronic form (MS Word/PDF) via this website on or before 27 June 2023.

2. The Best Student Paper Competition is intended to honor high-quality research with students as leading authors.

3. Finalists will be invited to present their work at the dedicated session, and a panel of committees will determine the winners. Winners will be announced during the conference.

4. The full-length paper should be written in English, and the presentation should be delivered in English.

5. We follow a double-blind review process for full-length papers. Therefore, please remove your name and any acknowledgment from the manuscript before submission.


Guidelines for extended abstracts:

1. The extended abstracts should include the following contents:

2. All author names and their corresponding affiliations and email addresses

3. One-page abstract clearly describing the motivation, methods, results, and the key findings

4. Keywords


Guidelines for presentation:

1. Presentations are recommended to be prepared and delivered in English.

2. The time for oral presentation is 15 minutes followed by 5-minute questions and answers (Q & A) (6 presentations per track).

3. Please be dressed in smart casual and arrive at the presentation venue at least 15 minutes before the session begins.

4. Please prepare your presentation file in Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format , and copy it to the laptop provided by the conference organizer prior to the presentation session.
