The 18th International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management (ICSSSM’23), co-sponsored by Southeast University, Tsinghua University, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, will be held in Nanjing, China, from August 10 to 12.
