Full paper in double column format, including paper title, authors' names and affiliation, and short abstract are requested. Every paper would be double-blind reviewed. Once accepted, authors will be given detailed instruction to prepare the final camera-ready paper for the proceedings. Please submit your full paper to ismot16@zju.edu.cn
