Presenters whose papers are accepted must complete registration by June 20, 2025 to be included in the session schedule.
If you plan to attend the conference without presenting, please register by July 5, 2025.
If you miss the deadline, you may still register on-site, but your name will not appear in the official participant list.
The official working language of the conference is English. Papers competing for the Best Student Paper Award must be presented in English.
For abstract submissions, English is recommended, but you may indicate if you prefer to present in Chinese.
Depending on the volume and nature of submissions, some sessions may be organized for Chinese-language presentations.
