1. Registration Fee:
Early-bird rate (before and including June 18th):
Registration fee for attendees is 2,000 yuan/person, and 1,200 yuan/person for student attendees.
After June 18th:
Registration fee for attendees is 2,400 yuan/person, and 1,600 yuan/person for student attendees.
Accommodation and transportation fees are not included in the registration fee and should be paid on your own.
Note: Offline payment before June 18 (inclusive) refers to early bird price for transfers

2. Refund Policy for Registration Fee:
(1) For attendees who request a refund before June 25th, 2023 (inclusive), the refund will be granted after verification;
(2) For payments made through third-party platforms such as Alipay, the platform will charge a handling fee of 6‰, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method. For payments made through bank transfer, the refund will be directly returned to the original account.
(3) Refund requests made after June 26th, 2023 (inclusive) will not be accepted. Please note that and feel free to contact the conference organizers if you have any questions.

4. Registration fee invoice invoicing process:
The registration fee for this conference is provided with an electronic invoice, which will be sent via email within one week after the conference.
