Video conference registration process

1. First open the conference website: https://www.zjuyh.com/2022bssxslt/df

2. Click on "Registration of participants" on the right side.

3. After entering the login page, click "register", use your email address or mobile phone number to register (if the email is slow to receive the verification code, please choose the mobile phone instead).

4. Fill in the email address to receive the meeting ID (the meeting ID will not be sent immediately, it will be sent uniformly after the meeting ID is created).

5. After receiving the meeting ID, users in mainland China can use Tencent Conference to log in and test.

6. For foreign users, please go to the website https://voovmeeting.com/download-center.html?from=1001 to download the conference software.

7. Login to the conference software according to the conference time.
